Ramada Inn Denver West

The hotel needs renovation and clean, but for the price I paid, it generally meets my expectation.

I liked this hotel because I was given a choice of smoking or non smoking. The bed was super comfortable and I felt safe being there as a woman traveling alone.

Okay for a one night stay if you are pressed but would not recommend to a family or single woman traveler.

The carpets were filthy and poorly maintained. I had to adjust the float in the toilet to shut it off. When I told the desk clerk she said no one could fix it until the next day. The heater never shut off on its own. The shower heads obviously had not been cleaned or descaled in years. You could see where the walls had been patched and never repainted. I asked for a comment card and was told they were out. If it had not been for the late hour of our arrival and the fact that we had to drive over 800 miles the next day I would never have stayed there and I guarantee you I never will again and I will think twice before staying at another Ramada. I was very disappointed. We picked this hotel because of the name Ramada. It was very run down. We had to ask for a blanket on one of the beds and never got it. The TV was so dark you couldn't see it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ...read more

I'm not saying I wouldn't stay in a hotel like this.

The room was unkept, filthy and I was afraid of cockroaches.

The place needs to be remodeled and the public area such as lobby and restrooms need a good scrubbing. The area also needs better security.
